Course Summary
The Level 1 - Lean Awareness training is a self-paced online training course. It was originally designed as an eight hour training session, and presented in one full business day by an on-site consultant at many of our client’s premises. Putting all the lean manufacturing principles together can be similar to sorting and organizing the individual pieces to complete a jigsaw puzzle. This course has been designed to help anyone to easily identify the individual elements of a lean manufacturing system and how to put them together.
When you sign up for the “Level 1 - Lean Awareness in Manufacturing” training course, you will receive step by step instruction from Chris Turner, our Lean Manufacturing Coach.
